Can I Create Multiple Avatars?

You can publish multiple AI Avatars through your Graphy dashboard. This functionality enables you to configure distinct Avatars for various purposes — including sales conversion, learner support, or engagement Avatar.

Creating a New Avatar

Step 1: Navigate to AI Avatars in the left navbar

Step 2: Click the dropdown next to your existing Avatar name (located in the top-left corner)

Step 3: Click on Create a new Avatar

Step 4: Choose the purpose from below-

• Sales – Direct visitors toward purchasing your courses, webinars, or membership programs

• Support – Provide assistance and answer inquiries from current learners

• Engage – Deliver personalized recommendations and insights tailored to individual user objectives

• I don't know yet – Create versatile, helpful interactions while maintaining your authentic communication style

Step 5: Click on Continue.
